Hey everyone,

My name is Madi, and I am a Communications and Media student based in Adelaide, Australia. I have spent the past year of my life working on some freelance writing jobs and have loved every minute of it… but in early 2019, I felt the need for direction change. 

I have always had a strong love for fashion. I live and breathe it, and have always jumped at every opportunity to dress up. But when I became more aware of sustainability in early 2019 after working in the retail industry for years, I was pretty alarmed at the damage my purchases were doing, and felt pushed to do something meaningful about it. When I figured out that I could combine my love for the environment with my interest in clothes… that’s when I became inspired. 

I’m excited about how much the eco-friendly fashion industry has grown already, and would love to get people involved in my experiences to hopefully turn information into action.
